When Reality Starts Smiling Back
The moment you stop chasing life… it begins to notice you.
Yes, my love 🌞 Now we enter the part where things start to feel… magical (do you feel it?), but we keep our feet on the ground and our humor intact.
Here is where we realize: “Oh… it’s not just me changing. Reality is responding.”
The Subtle Shift No One Warns Us About
At first, the work feels internal. You breathe slower. You feel more. You stop abandoning yourself mid-moment. Nothing dramatic. No fireworks. And then… something strange starts happening.
Life begins to feel… responsive.
Not in a mystical, lightning-strike way. More like a series of small, almost suspicious alignments:
The right person texts at the exact moment you think of them
An idea arrives fully formed, without effort
You walk into a room and people soften… or turn… or notice
You start to wonder: “Was this always happening… and I just couldn’t feel it?”
Yes.
The Science (because we stay grounded, darling)
Your brain is constantly filtering reality through something called the Reticular Activating System (RAS). Think of it as your internal spotlight operator.
It decides what you notice
What feels relevant
What enters your conscious awareness
When your nervous system is dysregulated, the RAS scans for: danger, urgency, threat, validation.
When your system relaxes, it starts scanning for: connection, opportunity, subtle signals, beauty.
Reality didn’t suddenly change.
Your perception bandwidth expanded (and a decision space with it).
A Quick Reality Check
Before we get too mystical: No, you did not suddenly become the main character of the universe. You were always the main character. You just stopped playing a side role in your own nervous system.
Presence Changes Your Field
When you are truly present, not mentally commenting (many mistake observer with a commentator; those are two different states), not subtly performing, something shifts in the space around you.
People feel it. Not consciously. But their bodies register it.
Your regulated nervous system becomes an anchor in the environment. Others unconsciously orient toward it. This is what we (okay, I) call magnetism. Not charisma. Not effort. Just… coherence.
Desire Becomes Cleaner
When you’re no longer chasing from lack, desire changes. It becomes quieter. Sharper. Less dramatic.
You don’t want everything anymore.
You want specific things and you feel when they’re aligned. This is where manifestation stops being a technique and starts being a side effect.
The Elegant Part
You don’t have to force outcomes.
You don’t have to visualize aggressively or “raise your vibration” like it’s a cardio session.
You just:
stay in your body
notice what feels alive
respond instead of chase
And reality… organizes around that.
Not instantly.
Not perfectly.
But noticeably.
The Dangerous Temptation
At this stage, something sneaky can happen. You might try to control it. To replicate the feeling. To force the alignment. To “use” your presence to get outcomes. That’s when it disappears. Because the moment you leave your body again, the field collapses back into effort.
Closing, have to run (I am quite busy and very important 😎)
Reality doesn’t respond to your strategy. It responds to your state. And when your state is: present, regulated, available.
Life doesn’t feel like something you’re managing. It feels like something…that’s quietly, playfully, unmistakably…responding.
