This reminded me of the movie Split, from 2016. But where those identities are often created out of survival/protection, your approach is more conscious. Is Aiden always available to tap into now? :)
Multiple realities should be possible when creating a new perspective, but I also think the baseline will always be 'you' and that in itself also informs how those new perspectives to different realities are shaped.
Aidan is available whenever I stop insisting that “me” is the only valid configuration. Because I don’t think Aidan exists independently. But I also don’t think “me” is the whole story. Sacred Filth is also an identity. What if all are temporary arrangements of the same underlying consciousness? Like different pieces of music played on the same instrument. The instrument remains. The melody changes. And the question becomes: How much of that baseline is essence, and how much of it is habit? That’s where the experiment gets interesting. I don’t think Aidan replaced me. I think Aidan revealed how much of what I call “myself” might simply be a well-practiced configuration. Perhaps the baseline isn’t the personality at all. Perhaps the baseline is the awareness capable of inhabiting many personalities. Aidan would probably say:“The self is not the character. The self is the actor who forgot it was improvising.” 😏
Of course

Lovely thought stream and a fun exercise! 🥰
Hey RiRi! Long time 🫣

It's been a long time! It's fun talking with you again 😁 hope you're well :)
I love that analogy! And it's inspiring me to see which other personalities/melodies I can play 😋 thank you for this new perspective.
🤍🤍🤍always a pleasure, always
